Classic rock vibe, and what I'm doing here is recreating the bands I was in way back when. The song came to me as I got into E minor and that just sort of grew. Vocally and lyrically I went at it as a particle musical. Welcome to the Puppet Show
Life in tatters
Blood on the floor
Voices scream, “Nothin’ Matters!”
Death screams for more.
Confusion by the box load
Dumped on every one
Deafened by the noise

Strings yanked every day.
Listen to the puppet leader;

Voice & ProductionThePhaige: Guitar, Synth, Vocals******************************This was like the boys night out Jam session groove...hahaI had this small snippet of a tune I sent over to Zeph to seeif he wanted to build on it and he came back with this reallycool ambient vibe with a wicked bass section and he kicked back to me to play guitar and add around what he had and itwas a blast to play. I was using a new tool (guitar) on this oneto break it in and I really like the tone of this PRS Tremonti SE.Thanks Zeph for the inside on that. I just really had a great time with this and although.Jaime sat this one out as we were very much thinking of her as we jammed it up.Zeph really did some amazing work on this piece from the drum design to the bass instrumentation and the arrangement from the bit he had to start with, and the mix is one of his best I think. He was going for a real dimensional experience and I feel he achieved it. I couldn't be happier ... Jam on!!andIt Matters! ~THEPHAIGE

LOOKING INTO IT (COLLAB VERSION 2.0) - SOUNDBOARD TINKERERS - ZEPH DANIEL
Soundboard Tinkerers' Johns sent me a track and asked me to have a go at it. He had heard some of my tracks and thought it was a good match. I heard the track and thought, wow, now there's a hook if I ever heard one, but knew right away I wanted to rearrange for impact, and Johns gave me that approval, so off I went into Soundboard Tinkerers land!
I added a number of drum bits and syncopated effects as well as a vocal rearrangement. I played synths throughout as well.
I believe Soundboard Tinkerers released the track as "Looking Into It" so I'm releasing it here as a new track based on the same track. It's really a remix and rearrangement.
This is a very clever hook and groove that Johns has going, and believe this should be on radio, in clubs, etc etc.. a crowd pleaser. Hope I helped in that regard. - Z

I played live bass and took the simple drum part and added live and designed drums.Then to the lyrics... -- all I can say is I'm feeling like a train wreck when writing the words and tracking the vocals. Maybe that's a good thing, I'll let you be the judge.Finally, Death Camp Parade, our studio project band, has produced a lot of tracks over the past 3 years and more in the works.
